5.68 litre (1.5 Gallon) resin - $365, plus shipping cost - $35 [Australia ONLY]
SCC Flooring Epoxy 1 1/2-gallon kit will cover 100 square feet including the prime coat and the flood coat. This is a great 2 coat system. Each kit comes in your choice of Stone Coat Countertop Metallic powder in the large flooring size to create marble metallic effects. The first coat is applied very thin at 300 square feet per gallon using a flat floor squeegee then back rolling. Cut in the edges with a brush. You add one flooring size metallic powder to each 1-1/2-gallon kit to achieve amazing depth in color. We recommend 2 metallic colors per floor for a great marbling effect. The second coat is applied at 100 square feet per gallon using a 1/4" V notch floor squeegee and then back rolling. Cut in the edges with a brush. Simply pour out the mixture in ribbons and mix together on the floor using your squeegee and back rolling to make amazing effects. It's very simple to create a show room quality floor! Concrete must be very clean, and all cracks patched with concrete floor patch. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR COUNTERTOP PROJECTS. THE FLOORING EPOXY HAS A DIFFERENT CONSISTENCY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE THE LAYERING AND COLOR EFFECTS THAT CAN BE ACHIEVED WITH OUR COUNTERTOP EPOXY FOR COUNTERTOP PROJECTS.
***AUSTRALIA ONLY***
***WE DO NOT SHIP RESIN TO PO BOXES***

Concrete must be very clean, and all cracks patched with concrete floor patch. · Concrete Preparation: The most common reason for coating failure is lack of Preparation. For maximum Durability, the surface must be slightly porous and free of dirt, oil, chalk, and other foreign matter. Shot blasting is the most reliable method for preparation. One may also prepare the surface by grinding to achieve a clean, porous and uniform surface that will allow product to soak in and bond permanently. Remove Mildew or algae using 50/50 blend of household bleach and water, rinse thoroughly. The surface must be porous enough for Stone Coat Flooring Epoxy to soak in and completely dry. Before Primer Coat, check floor for the excessive moisture.
· Wood Subfloor Preparation: Do not apply flooring epoxy over a sub floor with excessive movement or bounce. Stone Coat Countertop Flooring Epoxy can be applied over a wood sub floor with minimal movement with a few steps to prepare the current floor. Use thickened epoxy to fill all cracks and seams in the floor. Sand the thickened epoxy back smooth. We recommend applying a layer of lath and level quick with the liquid polymer bonding additive included for strength. Allow the manufacturer’s suggested curing time before applying your first thin seal coat of flooring epoxy. · Procedure: (We advise adding the metallic powder to part A the day before install and mixing the metallic for 7-10 min at slow speed and letting the products rest overnight.) Mix the Stone Coat Countertop epoxy at a 2:1 ratio. After adding Part A and part B add a full metallic powder in our flooring size to have good coverage. Use one Metallic floor powder per 5.68 litre [1.5 gallon] kit. Each kit comes with your choice of large metallic powder. Mix with a slow speed drill with a mixing paddle attachment. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes. After mixing thoroughly, immediately pour the blended mixture onto a horizontal surface and spread evenly over the area to be coated by trowel or squeegee. Back roll with a ⅜” non-shedding nap roller cover. * Please NOTE: Large batches of epoxy will cure much faster in hot weather. We do not recommended applications over 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Do NOT prepare mixtures of more than 1.5 gallons.
